The restaurant below served amazing food while the room was very clean. However, the lack of an elevator made carrying luggage difficult.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our King Room was below expectations. The bathroom floor had a sticky residue, and there were stray hairs on the nightstand. Additionally, the absence of an elevator made getting to our third-floor room an exhausting trek, especially with heavy bags. The lack of proper maintenance was also disappointing, as some of the baseboard tiles were coming off in the bathroom.

I had a delightful stay at Mercer Hotel Downtown. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the theatres. My room was spacious, with high ceilings, and featured a luxurious jetted tub. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.

I had an amazing stay! The room was spacious and the king bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a relaxing night. The décor was stunning, and having an excellent restaurant right downstairs meant I could enjoy delicious meals without going far.

The king bed was soooo comfy and the room was super clean! Loved the delicious breakfast too. 😋 Only downside was the noise from pubs after hours. Overall, a great spot for a night out!

The Premier Collection provided a great, clean, airy room that was centrally located in downtown Stratford. It is conveniently near shopping, restaurants, and The Avon Theatre. The staff were all terrific, very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The dining experience was commendable with good food and service.

my stay at this lovely boutique inn was fantastic, thanks to its ideal location backing onto the park and being just around the corner from great dining options like Bentley's Bar Inn & Restaurant, making city strolls super easy and enjoyable.

It was just an appropriate option for strolling around in Stratford for good value. The breakfast was discounted to $10, and the french toast was delicious. Request a room with a table if you need to work or eat inside.

The room service was prompt. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. we enjoyed the onsite dining too, particularly the hearty breakfast.

The parking access was a bit awkward. navigating the stairs with luggage was challenging after a long drive.
